Hi Grim,
I'm using DMG Forums for 1,300 users, viewing 5 different forums.
Security used to be set at "All Visitors" and all 1,300 usernames on the "Available" Member List could view all 5 forums.
I've recently changed the security on 4 forums to "Allowed Members List" and moved 800 usernames from the "Available" list to the "Selected" list.
And it works just fine. Those on the Allowed list see all 5 forums, and those that remain on the Available list see only 1 forum. That's perfect!
But ... when a user makes any change in the User CP, they no longer see all 4 forums. When they click the "Save Profile" button at the bottom of the "Edit Profile" page, their username is moved out of the "Selected" list and back onto the "Available" list, blocking them from the 4 forums.
Is there a way to prevent this?
