In DMG 3.2, who is allowed to attach files with a new topic? I have 3.2 installed and as an administer I can attach files to new topics, but as a regular user, the "file upload" box does not appear. Is this by design? Is there a way to change this? Thanks.

This ability is granted or denied based on forum rankings. If you'd like to have all members be allowed to attach files to topics, you can set all rankings to allow it.
Click "Forum Rankings" on the admin screen and you will see the option.
Also, be sure to check under "Forum Options" to see where you can choose which file types are allowed and the maximum upload size.

Currently there can only be attachments to topics. Adding attachments to replies is on the list of things to be done in a future release.
