What username/password are we changing? Is it the sql password or the DMGForum (admin)....?

and for step 7 the steup.aspx and setu-update.aspx are moved from the machine where IIS is located right?

When you first install the forums you need to provide a SQL password in your connection string of web.config that allows administration of the database. This is necessary because the setup will build the database tables. After you run setup, you could leave this the same, but for security purposes you should change the username/password in web.config to another SQL database account that only has read/write access to the database and can not create or modify tables.

As for step 7. Yes, you will want to delete setup.aspx and setup-update.aspx from the machine where your web site is running live. After you have executed the setup, you no longer need these files and you also no longer need /bin/setup.dll. They shouldn't cause any harm if you leave them there, but deleting them will keep a user from trying to execute the setup files.
